Introducing Solids: A Workshop with Niki Cleuet, Naturopath and Childbirth Educator

As a naturopath, childbirth educator and mum of two, I hear from so many parents how overwhelmed they feel at the prospect of starting solids. Of sifting through the noise of social media, parent groups and well-meaning family/friends to find the approach that works best for them. And that’s why I’ve put together my latest workshop: To demystify the process and leave you feeling empowered and informed, so you can tackle your baby’s solids journey with confidence.

Aimed at parents of babies aged 3-8 months, this workshop is for those about to start their solids journey, as well as those who have already dipped their toes in the water. From purées and baby led weaning, to allergens, first foods, constipation and more, this workshop will cover all the ins and outs of introducing solids - the frequently asked questions, the hotly debated topics and the ‘need to knows’ of getting your baby off to the right start.
